POLICY
Although the engine parts industry has seen a significant increase in freight costs over this past year, Howards continued to keep our free freight policy as low as possible. However, due to increased shipping and transportation costs, we were required to also adjust our freight policy effective April 1, 2008.

turbocharged, after cooled long block for sale. This long block is used in ag applications only - for Case IH®
